The new picture is Betsy enjoying happy hour on the back porch of a Shore Thing last weekend. Our project manager Ed, his wife and "the amigos" building the home orchestrated cleaning up the place and putting the pieces in place so Betsy could enjoy the moment, indelibly etch it in her mind and focus on it for the future.
See more happy hour pictures here.

WHAT a great picture, and a great idea to have a visual of her goal! A toast to this wonderful, graceful lady who continues this fight, and prayers for all of you. I think there are extra guardian angels up there assigned to each of you. Love, Lin
these are great pictures..wish we could have been at happy hour like we do at New Years...always a special time for us...The news is not making us happy but you are a fighter and you certainly have a great future to aim for...our prayers continue to be with you...we will be in the area the weekend around May 1 and will contact you as to when we can come to visit...until then walk that walk and get out of there...Love to all...Retta and Bob
I am so glad Betsy gets to spend some time these days at A Shore Thing. Hope you're all making the most of them, especially before the hot weather sets in. Hope you're also eating plenty of crabs - but leave some for our reunion next fall (ha!). 'Til then, we're with you there in spirit. Clyde
Just to let you know that throughout the Department of Health, we are sending thoughts, prayers and much love!
In all of this, Betsy seems to remain remarkable in her outlook, probably attributable to her strong faith and support of community.
If there is any way we can help, please let us know.

We're praying for her!! We know this is tough for all of you, but hoping for more good times!

Great pictures and so glad Bets gets to relax and reflect during this difficult time for all of you.
My prayers and thoughts are with all of you.
Here's to more of a "shore thing"
and Betsy!!
